Hello,

My Name is Mahidar.I hav a problem with mic . During a video call the person on the other side can able to hear the songs that are playing on my system, but they are not able to hear my voice. can u please give me the solution for the problem

Hi Mahidhar,

I can help you with this problem if you can reply with the following details:

1. What Operating System is there in the machine?
2. What Sound Card you have in your machine?
3. Is there any specific software you are using to configure microphone settings?
4. Also it will be helpful if you can tell me what software you are using for video calling?
