You seemed to have really messed up your operating system.
" my cd of win xp or dvd for win 7" wow! XP and Win7 to not like each other and are not compatible unless they are on different partitions.
I suggest you restore to factory settings.

P.S. If you saw a message in Russian, you no doubt got a virus of the worst kind.
