Problem Installing Sims Open for Business Collection

Hello,


I purchased Sims 2 Double Deluxe and Sims 2 Open for Business Collection. The first basic game installed without a hitch. When I attempt to install the Open for Business. I get the message that packs are already installed. They are not. Has anyone had this problem?

try to uninstall it and install it back, maybe, it is lagged. If it don't work, install all back, restart your computer, and try it back. If it don't work after this, I don't know.
