Laptop restarts when power cable is on

Dear Sir
i bought this laptop this year. I am using WINDOWS 7.
recently when i shut down my laptop, it automatically restart
i thought it is affect by virus. so i do a full scan.
a tracking cookie appear. i deleted it.. then i shut down my laptop..
but still restart immediately after shutting down..
the only thing i can shut down my laptop is by disconnecting the power cable.
why???! CAN ANY ONE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER !!!

your laptop rebooting automatically. you should work on safe mood. just make a recovery file of your data.
