Hello,
i have a problem in my laptop,,,it accidentally fall down, when i open it goes to black screen and wrote start normally, but when i click start normally, after few minutes it will go back again, to normally start,my laptop is hp,,please help me to solve this problem

you have probably broken the hard drive. I suggest you take the laptop to a qualified repair shop.

i try to format,,because what i know is there's a problem for os but cannot boot also the cd,,,please can you give other soltion
