Please help urgent... dell 1440 is not booting ...

dear all, i have dell 1440 inspiration. sreen is blank but processor is start & not booting. some time screen is on but noting is happen, no key is working. please tell what to do ... i have lot of official data in this.


actually when window is ok - a message came on screen- data is crtash-please check.
i select check now... after that all of above is happening.

please help...please
