Please help me to get the settings for CS correctly

Hello,
When i start the multi player game in condition zero,it moves upto the connecting server correctly but then it aborts to window without showing any message,Please help to play cs

Go in option in cs n then keyboard setting n look down stairs a use deafult .... click on it n apply
