Explorer does not work any more

I have read a comment on this issu but it did not resolve the problem.
Explorer does not appears on my desk top and when I use the programs list, explorer does not open. Message 'Internet explorer can not display web page'
Problem found:
-Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or ressource (www.searchnu.com) is not responding.
- Security or firewall setting mights be blocking the connection.

When I try to start explorer there is a message ( from Malwarebytes) possible malware, sucessful block
