Hello,
I don't know for what kind of correspondance you use mail.com (from AOL) for, but it seems evident to me that someone at the Microsoft end ( Live.com/Hotmail/msn) arranged to have your mails blocked through your IP.
Is this happening to all the mails you send to different addresses or just one ?
Then again it could also be that your machine has security leaks and has been hacked.
Do you wish for me to check your system for malware?
Regards

Then, I suggest that someone at the Microsoft end of things got your mail.com on a blacklist.
I am convince that this is not a technical issue.
Besides my own opinion, read what it says:
part_of_their_network_is_on_our_block_list
Do you use mail.com for business?

I would think that if you use it for business, especially sales or promotion or with url links, it may have done it.
Yes it would be mail.com smtp
Now you say it's only with the Iphone, an Apple. If that is the case, you must contact your service provider for configuration.
Regards
Now loging off
