Hi sailingman,
A little clarification would help here. I would like to know as to what is the System Model Number of your laptop. Also mention the manufacturer's name in your reply.
Another information that can help me in resolving the problem is the version of the Operating System (such as Windows XP, Windows VIST, Windows 7, Windows 8, etc.) which is installed in your computer.
Please do write back to us.

Hey Zogaib;
i am not make DVD after i buy the laptop , and now i try to make the 4 steps same like the guide but it doesn't work the 0 not complete the warning screen
and also f12 when i press give me options to booting , one of them HDD recovery but nothing after , same like i make in the wind

Hi sailingman,
If there is no recovery partition on the hard drive or you do not have the discs for recovery, the methods described earlier won't help you in restoring your computer to the factory settings. That is the reason you do not get the "Warning" screen when you try to reset your computer. It is recommended that you contact Toshiba support for details on how to restore your computer to factory settings.
Please revert for clarification.
