Folders having files/movies not shown in Hdd

Hello,

Well, i have external hard disk 1 TB, recently i discovered there is a file called FOUND.000, holds capacity of 354 GB, apart from that i had Movies Files in My ext. HDD which are not seen right now, but the disk is full as it is used to be, only few files i can view..... though try to unhidden from Folder Options, View/Show hidden files, folder, and Drives. then undo Hide empty drives, Extension and Protected Operating system files.
Still i can find them, so i wonder what does file FOUND.000 holds 354GB has to do Ext. HDD.
How can i recover lost files!

i try to read this forum from Sanjeey, still no help.....

So far i try to take one of the file from FOUND.000, size 544 MB, i drop onto VLC player, it plays and shows it's movie....So how can i recover my files back as before.......
