Hard to answer without knowing how macro is written and are being used.
Perhaps most easy approach that might work would be add the new columns at the end of the existing columns.

Unfortunately, a macro establishes an area and adding a column is contained inside this area and returns an error. This worksheet is to match column headers in another worksheet. I added same column headers in all worksheets to be consistent, yet it still returns an error. Thanks for the reply and idea!
