Computer is unable to install the Windows 7...

Hello, I have a small issue, while im using my computer it used to stuck so i must restart it to proceed with my work. I tried to install Windows 7 and format but the Installation also stuck in the middle. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem,plz?

I checked the RAM, VGA, etc.

Do you think hard disk has crashed?

let me know first have you seen you hard disk in POST screen or in BIOS please check and reply may be i can help you but must reply........

of course i can see the hard disk in the BIOS screen, but installation stucks.
