Vmware Workstation 9 Installation!! Help Please?

Hello,

I have downloaded Vmware Workstation 9 and I want to install it on Windows 7 64-bit with 4GB Ram but when I open setup file it opens a FULLY blank window (screenshot = https://i.imgur.com/rAgli.png with a title "Vmware Workstation Setup". I have tried Vmware Workstation 8 and 9 but both are giving me same error I also tried by running it is an administrator and troubleshooted compatibility but nothing worked for me also I have tried by Repairing Registry with AVG PC Tuneup and alot of other things but no solution I have already wasted 4-5 hours on it. Please help me on this issue,Please Please Please I am begging you
