Add-ins not show on excel 2010

Hello,

Please , somebody can help me with this wrong

I follow all the step for add an add-ins on excel 2010 , But this not appear


What i must do ?

What steps did you follow ? what addin you want to add?

Office Botton - Options - add ins - go - Examine and i select the Add ins i want to add

But this not appears

have you tried to do via developer tab ?
