Sims 3 and windows 8

Hello,





I recently downloaded the sims 3 onto my laptop. I Have a windows 8 laptop and when the file downloaded it wouldn't let me open the game. It came in two different files and in each one it says that i have to choose a file from my windows to open it with. None of them will work though.

Could someone please help out if you have any idea what I should do, thanks

u need to downgrade windows, at least win7. have a nice day.
