Hello,

i just installed the sims 3 on my laptop. installation process went well. but when i want to launch the game, it asked for activation code. i entered the same activation code as i did when i installed it, but it keeps asking me to re enter again and again. how do i fix this? thank you.

I think that you should maybe contact ea at support@ea.com
Ok... But then Before that I think maybe you should just check the activation code.
