Hello,

My password wouldn't work on origin for my sims 3 and it wouldn't let me change it so I tried uninstalling sims and origin and reinstalling. I only just bought it so I have the disc and product code but it won't let me use the product code again....even though its the same laptop? Any advice would be appreciated

Hi

I suggest that you uninstall again, make sure there are no trace of it in programme files, app data etc.

You might be able to use this tool after you update it for Windows 8
