Hi basia1023,
Different Laptop Models have different built-in diagnostic indicators. To diagnose the problem correctly please reply with the exact System Model Number of your laptop. In addition to this please try the below mentioned steps as well:
1. Power off the computer.
2. Remove the AC adapter and battery from the computer.
3. Remove any peripherals or external devices connected to the computer.
4. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to release any Flea Power/Static Electricity in the machine.
5. Connect only the AC adapter and check if the computer powers on.
