Hello,
I have a problem with my laptop, I hibernate it last week while going to the toilet when I tried to switch it on the screen won't display anything but it starts up I have tried using external monitors but to no luck...please help

Hello,

Try this 1

If you notice that your CPU fan is running but there is no display in the screen,

then remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly.

There is no response from the screen I have tried cleaning my RAM and putting it but still there is no image

Hello,
Try this 1
Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later put the battery back into the laptop.

I have tried removing the battery and pressing the power button for 60sec but still no image
