Hello,
I have a Toshiba satellite an it says bootmgr is missing please help

The BootMgr is needed to start the whole OS, the simplest thing you can possibly do is RE-INSTALL the Operating System.

When a BootMgr is missing, you have to change the Boot Device Priority from BIOS, then insert your Windows OS Setup Disk, only then will the Windows Setup actually begin.

I have been in a situation before where a BootMgr was missing.
