I would like to help you here. I need a little more detail about the problem with the Laptop. Please explain the exact symptoms in your reply such as exact state of the machine after you power it on. Also include the status of the lights (such as blinking, solid, green, blue, etc.) on the machine or any beeps that you may hear.
