Hello,
my hp computer has windows xp I can get it to boot but when I get to the login to users account I cant they are gone I really need to burn a recovery disk how and where do I go to do that

Sorry but you should have burned the recovery disk years ago when the computer was new. This computer is also too old for HP to provide recovery software CDs.
I suggest you take it to a local PC repair shop or better yet save-up your money to buy a new modern computer.
