Corrupted video Card driver

Hello, Just this monday i received my gaming PC which is sent for repairs then apparantley my AMD Randeon 7850 driver is corrupted now ive tried updating the driver but i just can't seem to find an update for it. I'm really bumed out because it's my gaming computer and now I cannot play skyrim and other awesome games i have installed, any ideas? Right now i'm using the intergrated graphics which suck and the company is moving and won't be able to assit me until the 23rd of this month which is when they finish moving. Also I'm a bit frustrated and mad at the company for sending me a corrupted Graphics card driver. Also i noticed this when i firsted booted up the computer and then after the Microsoft windows logo the screen goes black.
