Unidentified incompatible program driver.

Greetings!

On startup, receive error message telling me that I have an incompatible program driver
which will be shut down. It does not identify that program or driver.

How do I identify the incompatible driver on my system so that I can remove the program
or update the driver?

I suggest you try a program called SlimDrivers - it will identify and update all your drivers. Just Google the name for a download location.

Many thanks, xpman! SlimDrivers was really no help. It did not solve my problem. Updated all the "out-of-date" drivers it identified, and the problem continued. About half of the "out -of-date"
drivers identified were older versions of drivers already on my computer

I finally solved the problem . Went to :START/ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS/EVENT VIEWER" and
learned the following by checking error messages:
