Hi girdhar123,
If your question is about how to check your USB Pen Drive in Device Manager, Uninstall it and then let the Windows install it again, you can follow the below mentioned steps:

2. In search box, type:
cmd
3. When it shows "Command Prompt" in the search list, right-click on it and select the option "Open as administrator".
4. Open the command prompt and type the below commands:
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
5. Press Enter.
6. Then type:
start devmgmt.msc
7. Press Enter again.
8. "Device Manager" window will be opened.
9. Now in the device manager, click on "View"
10. Select "Show hidden devices"
11. Now expand the "Disk Drives"nodes and "Universal serial bus controller" by clicking on "+" symbol.
