In Dell Laptops Lock LEDs are the indicators of failures. If you can reply with the pattern displayed by the Lock LEDs such as On-Off-Blinking, etc., I can try to look up the knowledge base for details. Also add the exact System Model Number of your Dell Laptop in your reply.
