Pc do not turn on normally

Dear Sir
my pc do not turn on normally
if want to turn on , i should remove the 20 pin power cable on the mother board that comes from SMPS and again fix it there and press the power button
I cant understand why it happens like this.
NB :-
Gigabite mother board ( GA 81865GVMK )

Hi shajideepa,

If you have not tried this already, please try to reseat the power switch cables from the system tower (chassis/cabinet) and check if you can normally power on the computer. Please check page number 22 of the service manual of the motherboard to find steps on how to connect the power switch. You can download the manual from the below mentioned link:
