Windows 7 32bit or 64bit

Hello,i have a acer 5535 laptop specs

AMD X2 DUAL CORE 2.10 GHz

4GB RAM

250GB HDD

ATI RADOEN HD 3200 256MB+SHARED 1.3GB

So my question is do i need to use windows 7 64bit or 32bit because i have 4gb ram memory .Now i have windows 7 ultimate 32bit and it uses 2.97gb ram
and what windows 7 is best
ultimate
startet
homepremium
professional

hi jack4rall thanks for answer but what is your opinion what i need to use for my specs that i have
will 64bit slow down my laptop speed or what tell me which is best for my laptop

Try this 1
You can find all the information under "Which version of Windows 7 should I install: the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version?" from the above given link. If you want to make sure you utilize the full RAM you can go for 64-bit. Windows 7 requires 2GB of RAM if you want to install the 64bit and 1GB for the 32 bit. So it might not slow down your PC unless you install the application that takes huge RAM usage.
