I ball 8 gb pendrive problem

Hi my name is Sahil and I have a 8gb Iball pendrive and recently I met with a problem and the thing is that when I connect my pd to computer it say to format the pendrive and when I format my pendrive their is some error coming and it says that it cannot format the pendrive so I request u to please help me out as I have some important data in my pendrive and I dont have any backup of that data

If you receive the following error message:

Please try using "TestDisk" with your pen drive. "TestDisk" is free data recovery software. This software can help you to recover lost partitions and/or make non-booting disks bootable again. You can download "TestDisk" from the below mentioned link:

Hi Zohaib thanks for replying but I would like to say u that I downloaded the software but there was some error because of which the installation cud not proceed furthur so cud u suggests any other alternative software compared to test disk as I need to take the backup of my files from my pd
