Hi

This is Darren and I have got an issue with running my computer. First of all as I log in my computer, it starts to be normal and all but after 10-15 seconds, it automatically turns all my apps, icons and run bar invisible and comes up on the screen a survey saying that there have been a few issues with my computer and you have to fill out a survey to get the code which I then enter to be able to go on my computer. I know this is either a virus or a serious thing. Can you please help me find a way to stop this or be able to refresh my computer.
