Cheers everyone!

I recently found out that Tera online has gone f2p, thus i decided to start playing it.
The problem is that everytime i try to visit the home page it redirects me to an romanian website, every single time. I have tried to use other browsers, clean cache folders but nothing works. It's either the romanian website or "Error 404 not found".
I would higly appriciate a solution to this problem as i have looked everywhere and can't seem to find the problem.
