Hello,

I have recently purchased an mp 3 player for the obvious reason to listen to music on. I am now having the trouble of my acer windows 7 laptop accepting the device. I am fully up to date with all software so I am not sure why my laptop won't recognize it. Can someone please help if they can

thanks

Hello,
Try this 1
First try connecting your mp3 player to the onboard usb slots available at the back.
If the problem still exists then make sure your mp3 player is connected and then follow the below instructions.
Click on Start --> In search bar, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.
Is there any yellow mark ? If you find any yellow mark then right-click on it --> Select "Properties". In "General" tab, let us know the "Device Status" complete information.
Good Luck
