Google's services blocked on my PC?

I was using the internet last night only for me to get a popup that google.com had been blocked for me and will only be unblocked when I fill a survey, on attempting to fill the survey, it said It wasn't available in my country. I have no idea how to fix this as I keep getting these popups every time I try using any of google's services on all my browsers, I have also tried clearing the contents of my browsers but I keep getting the same block. Please Help!

Try this 1
1) Download the applications from the below hyperlinks.
Rkill
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free
Run the rkill which will terminate the malicious processes. Wait for the process to
get completed. Then, install the "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free", update it and
perform "Full Scan".
2) Click on the below link and follow the instructions

Follow the instructions given only under "Diagnosis".
