Hello, having problems with my Acer Aspire one netbook. When it is turned on it shows that windows is setting up and it never does anything. I can't stop the process, can't get to home screen. Just can't do anything. I don't know what is going on. I will admit I am not the best when it comes to computers but I can follow instructions so any help with the steps I need to take to resolve this would be great- Thanks in advance

If you could open the laptop and see if anything is unplugged, sometimes when it gets dropped or moved around too much it may loosen or comeout ;) and plug anything in that might be loose.
