Hello,
Try this 1
Reset your "Internet Explorer" settings.
Right-click on "Internet Explorer" --> Properties.
Now, click on "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button --> Check the check box
"Delete personal settings" --> Click on "Reset".
Also temporary disable your "Firewall \Antivirus" and check if you are able to
browse.

TY - but when I click on general, there is no "Now". From the 'advanced' button under general I get no reset button????
