Hi guys. When I turn on my Toshiba laptop all is good at first sets up and the user screen comes up with my profile and another one i set up but when i enter my password it says welcome and the icon spins around and then i get a black screen with a white mouse icon. same for the guest profile. My internet security did run out last week but ive only get emails. No 'dangerous' sites.
I have turned t of restarted, took out the battery for 60 seconds etc. I can get into safe mod but the internet wont work in there.
Any help greatly appreciated.

This looks like a Windows software error. Can you restore Windows to an earlier date in safe mode?

Thanks for help. I fully admit to not being great at that side of things on laptops. Would i just go into recent updates and delete the latest window update?

Restore your computer to an earlier time
then select a date and time before your problems started.

Thanks a million for the help but i'm pretty sure ill have to ring to a repair shop. I read it could be a dusty RAM so i took them out and now screen completely black.. I messed up big. Thanks for advice though.
