This looks like a Windows software error. Can you restore Windows to an earlier date in safe mode?

Thanks for help. I fully admit to not being great at that side of things on laptops. Would i just go into recent updates and delete the latest window update?

Thanks a million for the help but i'm pretty sure ill have to ring to a repair shop. I read it could be a dusty RAM so i took them out and now screen completely black.. I messed up big. Thanks for advice though.
