please i need your help to this laptop, the problem of this laptop i put charger indicate light but is not power up. please i need help

pull the battery, unplug from wall. push the power button, hold it down. Wait 15 minutes.
Put power from wall back into laptop. do not put battery in. push on the power. if not powered, put battery back in. try power again. If no power it is your motherboard, bye bye laptop!
