Hello,
Try this 1
It's not the CPU, its the CPU cooling fan that makes noise.
Open the cabinet --> Remove all the dust --> Remove the CPU Cooling Fan -->
Remove all the dust from the it also --> Remove the old thermal compound from
the processor and make sure that your CPU Cooling Fan heat sink is also clean
without any thermal compound. Now freshly apply some thermal compound in the
middle of processor and fix the CPU Cooling Fan properly.

Thank you so much Jack4rall, I believe your advice will help....I will clean up my CPU cooling fan and fix it properly...as soon as I have the time...hopefully my delay in rectifying this problem will not give me bigger problem in future.
