My IPod won't work!!!

Hi everyone,

My IPod 5th generation was charged but won't turn on. It just stays as a black screen and doesn't change when I press the power button. I haven't used it for a while though. I tried charging it on my computer but it won't charge either. I tried EVERYTHING but it won't work!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may wanna have to go manual and apply a power button + home button system reboot, to do so just press them simultaneously for a couple of seconds until apple's logo show's on screen, after that just let it re-spring to home layout.
