When I turn it on a Blue Screen saying PC needs to be repaired.
The Boot Configuration Data for my PC is missing or contains errors.
File:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
Error code: 0xc0000185
I'll need to use the recovery tools on my installation media......
I do not have a disc for this procedure!Please help ASAP!!

how do I run disk error? It will not let me do anything except to go to the setup utility...

In your options screens, find Command Prompt and run disk error checking with this command;
ChkDsk c: /f then press your Enter key
Hopefully that's all you need.

how do i find comman prompt when my computer will not allow me to do anything excpet utility setup?
