How to fix problem headphones

Hello,
Try this 1
If you are sure that your headphone is working properly then check the
Balance Level. If you are playing any audio or video file in the Windows Media
Player then check the balance level. Make sure it is set to 0 or the pointer
pointing in the middle of L&R. Also check the balance level in the "Realtek HD
Audio Manager". Click on the below hyperlink "Balance".

If the above image you can notice that the balance level user "Main Volume" is
set to middle between L & R.
