Enter data in a Workbook worksheet and Save it in a other Worksh

Hi,

I Created a excel file requisition and user input details requesting materials
I need to have this data go to a other sheet with two section
1.) is the M section for all the header information
2.) is the D section with all the data information
I would also like to let it generate next auto number on save data button
how can I do this
the header in formation is in cells C1,C2,C3,C4.C5,C6,D2,D4,G1,G2,G3,G4.G5
THE DATA IS IN THE RANGE FROM column b10 - h10 and the column end where ever the line of data ends,
the requisition number is in C1 this is the one that needs to be generated on save,This number is also done with a prefix of MR or expanded on the department it wil be dMR or CMR est..
the form is in sheet Requisition and the data is then to me saved in MRdata sheet
