Hello,
Try this 1
Change the Data Cable \ Power connector and then check if your hard drive
is getting detected or not. If you are using PATA hard drive and using the same
IDE data cable to connect the hard drive and CD\DVD drive then make sure that
your hard drive is set to Master and the drive as Slave using jumpers. You can
find the jumper settings on your hard drive\DVD drive.
