Outlook 2007 cannot setup in XP

Hello,
My emachine died, I bought a Dell. I am loading in software and stuff. I put Outlook 2007 in and I cannot set it up.
I am using incoming.verizon.net and outgoing. Do I need to change the ports? Each time I test the settings, which I have changed several times, I get errors for both outgoing and incoming mail. If you know how to setup Verizon in 2007 with Kasperski running let me know.

incoming.yahoo.verizon.net The same for outgoing.
