Hello,
Try this 1
1) Check your connections from the manual.
2) Click on Start -->Control Panel --> Hardware and Sound --> Click on "Sound".
Click on "Playback" --> Select "Speakers" and click on "Configure".
Now under "Audio Channels" select which speakers are present in your speaker
configuration. Now click on "Test". Click on "Next" and follow the instructions.
