Hello,
Try this 1
After installing the Operating System you need to install all the drivers.
Go to your laptop manufacture's website, download all the drivers and install it.
Make sure that you have downloaded the correct audio drivers.
If the problem still exists then first install the "Chipset" driver and then install
the "Audio" driver.
