I am hoping someone can help me. I will be as detailed as possible, but please let me know if you need more information from me.

What my end goal is for this to happen:

Staff are to enter information on an a worksheet "Absence Memo".
I then need some of this information to then copy over to a worksheet called "ProjectedActual".
The first thing that would need to take place though would to have Absence Memo B7 (Name of Physician) to be searched and then found in the ProjectedActual sheet. The name would only appear once.
After the search is done, the following information is required to transfer and entered in the next blank line after the doctors name:
- Absence Memo E12 to ProjectedActual column D
- Absence Memo G12 to ProjectedActual column B
- Absence Memo I12 to ProjectedActual column C

Can you please help me!

Thanks a ton!

Hi JLo,

To prevent searching for the entire sheet, where is the Physician Name located on the ProjectedActual sheet in terms of row or column?

Best regards,

One more thing.

If name is found in A5 then the pasted info would come in row 5 (after the name) or row 6 (below the name).

If it is row 6, will A6 be empty?

It would be A6 (after the name), but sometimes information will already be in that row, so it would need to go into A7 then. So I need it to determine where the next blank row is before it copies the information.

Now I am confused.

Column A is filled with names, right?

Could you post a sample of data or maybe post your workbook using a filesharing site like www.speedyshare.com or ge.tt, for better understanding.

Out of time for today, get back to you tomorrow.

Best regards,
