Can you tell me the way how to make a call from our cell phone from USA to ASIA country as Cambodia is cheap. Anyway, i use T-Mobile, when i make a call from my cel phone to Cambodia by dialling +85512 xxx xxx , it's charge much for 3 usd per minutes.

Also even they call from Cambodia to my Cel phone, T-Mobile still charge me as me call to Cambodia.
Can u tell the way how to get cheap even incomming call or outgoing call please?

I never check on skype but just ever chat with skype to skyp from here to cambodia and i just prefer to direct to phone is better

Then you will need to look for a "cheap" service provider in Cambodia.
