Internet connected but no connections

Hello

i create another user account and delete the original one. and when i rebooted by laptop,my avast v8.0 cannot connect web shield and i cannot connect to the internet but it says i am connected. what should i do? please help me! thanks!

check firewall settings/antivirus and check if you have made any changes in the settings. If it does not work, you can recover your system to the earlier date.
